CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm having a very hard time figuring out my heart and feelings for someone i love so very much but we have an age gap. I pray and ask God a lot to give me guidance and clearer certainty on the situation but i really don't know if its God-willing or it's just me being in love.

I want honour God through our relationship and possibly future marriage and family but right now its not really good timing cuz of the age gap.

Can anyone give me any advice or experience about relationships/marriages (christian perspective) dealing with age gap challenge?

How old are you? Is she younger or older?

M'lady and I have a 6.5 year difference, shes older than I am. But the issue when we started dating was maturity levels, knowing what we want out of life, being ready to marry, etc. We have very similar personalities and want the same things out of life and we are both responsible. So it was something I thought and prayed over but in the end it has worked out so far, we are getting married in May. But as far as the age gap now, I honestly forget she is 28 until it comes around her birthday, then I remember.

My fiance and I are 15 years apart in age, but we don't notice it at all. I'm the younger one. Our family acepts it and so do his kids, which is VERY important. Yeah, we get the stares and the wispers, and the occasional "is this your daughter?", but we love eachother. If you both are adults and you like eachother, go for it! An age gap is really nothing if you are both adults. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk about it.

Well, I am glad you are decided on this. The age really does not matter, always the maturity of both parties that is important.

Just guard your heart if in case when she does reach the legal adult age, things may change or not.
