Info: Would normally go by his real name but uses this one when in incognito. (which he normally does) He holds a rank that is more than Five Star Admiral or Five Star General but likes the title Admiral. He is an Admiral of the UR army (UR is not from a game or movie, it was made up by someone who had a fan fic and made a character for me and I was an Admiral of it.) and often joins any army he wants who he thinks needs help. Other than this little is known about him.
Weapon: Atomic Fusion Dispenser, through atomic manipulation it can do almost anything as long as the atomic count is right, including create any weapon item or tool, most common weapons are two double bladed lightsabers (usually red but colors may change, as with any weapon), fusion cannon (a transforming blaster rifle which can transform into a pistol, sniper rifle, rocket launcher or use lightning, lava or anything else because of the dispenser) and others such as plasma grenades with different effects or melee attacks which can get really advanced. Because of the dispenser, weapons, armor, starfighter and anything that he uses may change, most everything the dispenser is used for though is only normal weapons, not any super weapon or super defense to make things too easy.
Armor: Advanced silver armor gives enhanced shielding and protection (invulnerability when absolutely needed, but not all the time) visor gives enhanced vision and scanning capabilities, and flight and transform abilities to name a few, the dispenser can change the armor in design, weapon, function and other things, also includes life-support systems to enable survival in space and water and other hazardous environments.
Starfighter: Advanced engines give a better hyperdrive, faster speed and better agility, also includes advanced lasers, seismic charges and concussion missiles, due to the dispenser, silver armored hull can provide advanced shielding and can concentrate its energy to specialize in certain ways such as speed mode or weapons mode, due to the dispenser it can change weapons and design and other things.
The only disadvantage to the starfighter, armor and especially the dispenser besides excessive combat abuse, is malfunction.
