About Psalm 139

Psalm 139:16

Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
        And in Your book they all were written,
        The days fashioned for me,
        When as yet there were none of them.

Dear all,

Regarding the whole passage of Psalm 139, it's seems that the LORD knows everything about David. I believe it applies to all of us right ?

Does that means HE knows all our future ways... whether all our future path or future choice we made. Which means whether we do rights or wrongs ...HE already know it beforehand as written in HIS Book. If that is not the case, how can the book of Revelation be formed unless HE knows the future. So is that what we people believe in - that God is all knowing.

Sure, God is all-knowing - he knows about the choices that we are going to make in the future.  But the thing is, we aren't puppets which God manipulates us to do certain things, act a certain way or make a certain choice.  You know what I mean?

ALL things are fore-ordained by God.  We can do nothing that is contrary to His plan.  See Luke 22:22 and Matt. 26:23&24.  See also Matt. 18:6&7.  Notice that Christ says, "offenses must come."  Man does what must be done according to His plan.  Judas did exactly what was intended for him to do, yet we are still held responsible.

God's plan and creation is an interactive software game, in which God, lays out the options, features, choices, and also the other players. We can chose to make what ever moves we want with Him and the other players. But in the end God knows how the game plays out.

I was going to put in something to this thread, but I think it has all been said, of course God knows what is going to happen, but that doesn't mean that we don't have fee-will.

I think game is an okay word...after all it is kind of...God is not challenged by Creation, He is playing out HIS will, and as easy as it is for Him, I'm sure it kind of like a game I like to compare it to Chess and just as HE is Creator of us, He is also Creator of Chess, so He knows all of the rules to win! It's pretty neat to me

 I think I disagree with you. But hey, its all good!

 It seems that you are saying God allows us to go free roaming, yet this is untrue. As with Jonah, he wanted to go where he wanted, so God say "Uh-uh." and we know what happened to Him. As well, Moses gave many excuses of not being able to speak before men, but God told him anyways.
