General precausions such as taking a good multi vitamin tablet on a daily basis, a high does vitamin D tablet and a good diet will help to build up you natural immunity in general. It's not specifically aimed at just covid, but good immune health in general. Buying a few tins of foods to keep you going for a week, or two if you are fighting an infection, will also be a smart move.

They do a lot of damage while they are around to cause problems, but eventually enough people become immune to the disease and it goes away. In the case of viruses, there may be some varients developing, but it's often been the case that the more transmissible varient tend to become less dangerous and things eventual get back to normal.

Depending upon what you think about what the various experts around the world are thinking. Some are starting to suggest that this current epidenic is perhaps becoming more infectious, but also perhaps less deadly. In the earlier stages there were no vaccines available and it did not matter much who was in government, as without vaccines there could be very little in terms of effective response. Assuming that this epidemic might now be on the way out, what are we expecting after this epidemic is gone?
