This is based on the anti-Christian heresy of the filioque, the concept that the Power of God can proceed from human nature, which then takes the place of God on earth.

1. Augustine and the Latin Fathers seem to be clear that the Father is the true and original source of the Spirit, being the fons divinitas.

2. Even if one does accept the double procession, is must be eternal, and therefore through the divine nature of Christ. How could there be an eternal procession from His human nature before the Incarnation?

Indeed, the filioque says nothing about Divine power flowing from a human nature UNLESS you are a modalist and arguing that the filioque supports that theological stance. Otherwise you cant get there from here.
