The particular post I want to remove does not have an EDIT link underneath it. It is from over a year ago (Jan 2015) and is the first/question of a thread. Could that be why I can't edit it?

Oh yes I see now ...You meant ~that you wished to delete / amend the.... 'Thread Title'

Only Staff, could do that (in the past)
You had best contact the Member Services Centre (MSC)
Just click this link
when you arrive, you will need give a brief description of what it it is you would wish to have deleted
you may be asked for further information to help locate the thread etc

I am Gillian - pronounced with a 'J' sound - and I am from Northern Ireland. I am married to a retired family doctor and we have four adult children. Three of these are on the autistic spectrum and currently are living with us. We attend the local Baptist church.

We have two umbrella cockatoos and a golden Labrador retriever.

Yes, I remember you. I've also recently come back to CF after about a two year absence. Welcome back. My absence was mainly due to health issues for my wife and I.
