No comment? Curious to hear from the creationists, on this video.

Is there a central theme on the video clip? It seems to be only a collection of scattered, disconnected descriptions. What kind of comment do you want?

This type of documentation, in fact, has little value. I would rather to see an in-depth presentation on any single small section of the video.

Actually there is a very important point, one that is why it's here, it's every part of the world on the single most important day to creationists, it's a day in the life of the planet, the day creationsts think the earth was made.

This is all the archeological and so on information we have about what was going on during that time. And what had happened before hand.

We have trouble to make sure what happened even 1000 years ago. Is this video trying to telling me what exactly happened 6000 years ago?

It sounds even more trashy.

Like I said, it would be much better to focus on any small piece of the video and to make a better argument of it.

WHy? It highlights all the stuff we know was around before and during the supposed creation of the earth, it's not that simple to just dissmiss, we have evidence from many parts of the world, and cultures and such all showing they existed before and during this time. It's like all the cultures that don't show a single hicup during the supposed flood.

Hi Matt,

You wrote:

How do you know that what you have written here is 'truth'? Were you there when Stonehenge was built? Do you know for a fact, and what would you base those 'fact's on that say that Stonehenge is more than 6,000 years old? Do you know for a fact that Stonehenge is more than 4,000 years old?

You see, my friend, none of what is explained in this video can be 'proven' as to it's age or time of event. The speaker talks of events that have occurred during the last 'epoch' of ice age. On what do they base that 'fact' on? How do you know that there even was an 'ice age'?

God bless.
In Christ, Ted.

Interesting how creationists even toss out the work of creationist scientists like Louis Agassiz, who proved the existence of an ice age back in the 1830s.

Using the very science you guys like to try to debunk all the time. We can date when these things are, we can compare them to the timeline we do know. Some areas have had large parts of people in them for long periods of time. If you want to throw out all forms of Archeology, then fine, we can ignore any idea of anything ever known about the past including the bible because we can't use any archeological evidence that would support the bible, gee...again it looks like you guys are arguing for atheism.

The whole, "Were you there." argument is complete BS, and would destroy our court systems. This is more of a begging to have stuf you don't agree with thrown out. We don't have to have been there to learn from things. There are people that devote their lives to understanding and learning about these areas, both Christians and non Chrsitains, creationists and none creationists and so on. Are you going to argue that all these historians and archeologists are part of the huge conpsiracy to make the world look older then it is?

Some times I wonder how you guys can be sure of anything even the bible with the way your quiet willing to throw out any evidence you don't like.

Here is a piece if advice, stop trying to pit yourself "versus" creationists and categorizing them as "opposite" to what "you" perceive to be reality and truth. That they are unintelligible, clinging to "conspiracies". Most of all, stop applying one definition of creationism across the board.

Despite the fact that if we are to accept certain theories science presents, we are forced to throw certain scriptures.

And what do you think is better, throwing out evidence fallible man tries to make relevant to his ideas, or throwing out scriptures revealed by the sovereign of the universe?

I will answer those questions but first I'd like you to answer a question if you are willing, and possibly one follow up question.

Do you think that the earth revolved around the sun 3,500 years ago or is it possible that our solar system had a different setup at that time?

(It sounds like a silly question but I'm really curious about how you'll answer it.)

We are not forced to throw out scripture because of science. We are forced to throw out your preferred interpretation. When we do that we apply the ANE context to the scripture and actually get more meaning out of it that actually applies to our Christian walk.

And what do you think is better, throwing out fallible interpretations that man tries to cling to because of his pride, or throwing out the evidence in God's creation that can be objectively verified to reveal how God made us?
