  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I took Josh and a little girl who lives in our building named Rebecca, to a local farm for hayrides, pumpkins, and other awesome autumn fun this weekend Josh and I go there every year, almost every weekend in from October to December.

haha that'll do it. My dad used to have horses and a barn and all and I kind of miss all those smells, even though they are somewhat nasty. You gotta get used to them for a long time before it gets pleasant at all haha

Awwww, thanks everybody for such nice comments! Rebecca is six, and Josh tolerates her somewhat. She comes to our door all the time - I think she's very lonely, and her home life isn't too secure, so she really clings to me when she can, bless her heart. They had fun together today, which I was glad to see Rebecca told me she wanted me to be her stepmom, and that about broke my heart, but I just hugged her and loved on her and told her she was sweet.

WD, you're right, he's shooting up like an inch every few months, it's insane! Kev, I actually love that "farm" smell, it's just that my asthma doesn't agree But a hit off my inhaler and a Benadryl, and I'm feeling fine now FNG, okay, how do you produce these ginormaous boys?? lol Jesse is what, four years old? Josh is NINE lol. How much does Jesse weigh? Josh is about 55-60 lbs.

Isn't it cool?? It's a wooden pirate ship. They have two of them on the playground, along with two huge, real, Indian teepees and tons of playground equipment. And three big wooden swings for parents to chill on The place rocks.

I'm no shrinking violet at 5'8" or so. lol Jesse weighs 45lbs. Steele is up to 87lbs. Neither of them are overweight, but Steele is more solid than he used to be, whereas Jesse is still very lean. Steele was 4'7" the last time I measured him and he'll be 8 on Friday. lol

me && my friends had dinner at gretchen's. bradley was talking about how his legs are very short, so we compared. he is like 3 inches taller than me, and his legs are shorter than mine! it was so funny
