Worried?

I have literally never gotten into my mothers car and not only buckled up but placed a foot on her dashboard and hung on for dear life to that strap that's above the window in most cars. What a way to say, "I sooo don't trust your driving!" Can you imagine what she would say to me if she saw me doing all of that, and yet I'm saying, "NO! I'm not scared! I trust your driving!" Every time I worry about the future and what it holds because I can't see five minutes into it, I get that little scenario in my mind. With Jesus driving and me in the passenger seat, I have a tendency to worry about the miniscule and the major. Why? Don't I trust Him? He drives way better than I do! He is teaching me to trust Him even though I can't see five minutes into the future. And when I worry and fret, I may as well have my foot on the dashboard and my hands white-knuckling the strap above the window. Chill! Actually, everything is better when He is driving. *peace*calm*
