Do you want to live forever?
Endless to dwell in peace
Where elation nought can sever
Nor true love come to cease
Our Creator's not a liar
Man's welfare is His aim
As perfect testifier
He'll free lost souls of shame
Faithful changing behaviour
Through guidance from on high
We'll walk with Christ our Saviour
To live and never die
First this statement, may sound absurd
An utterance of fools
But learning, by reading God's Word
We'll live by Heaven's rules
Becoming by faith common sense
Rational all in all
We'll sit no more on the fence
Never again to fall
But firmly standing with Jesus
On all He's had to say
As life's facts and truths more please us
The more we'll live God's Way
But teaching's not always pleasant
Until we learn to see
Above and beyond man's present
Eternal joy is free
Consider God's Word as eating
The bible, as a well
