Today

so was good,, went for a walk with a friend, picked up an order, bought a present for a friends birthday.
God knows the anxieties of my heart and mind that i'm not sure what to do with so just saying that.
please help me with it all God i pray because i'm not strong enough its too much for me and its all just stressing me out.
anyway time for sleep. early start tomorrow- could be an anxiety producing early morning but it might not be, so we'll see. so need to set the alarm.
