today

I am feeling really quite tired today but its my own fault
I don't know how to get not tired.
Am resting today and have taken an iron tablet (the doctor prescribed some) and also a vitamin B combo tablet. Not sure if that will help in time for work later today, hopefully it will.
I had bad dreams last night so didn't sleep very well either. I was tired when I went to sleep, woke up about the same tired. I just don't want to feel tired.
God knows all the reasons I am tired, He knows everything. It is good He gives consequences.. this probably doesn't make sense but it does to me.
please help me God with work tonight having enough energy for it I pray this knowing You really don't have any obligation to help with that but I ask anyway. thank you for a quiet day today where havent had too many things to do, I appreciate that thank you
