A lot of teachings that surround the old testament verses of God's manifestation are missing the freely given freely give part of God's heart .
The Old testament manifestations have conditions that humans must complete to acquire. The New testament manifestations are based on the integrity and fulfillment of Jesus Christ .. so they are consistent.
Therefore no "droughts" if you're having a "drought" it is because you're old testamenting it, instead of trusting him to receive something you cannot earn . the promises of the new covenant .. are like the initial receiving .. you just trust him for it .. and receive it.
God doesn't run out. Love never runs out.
