I read beautiful books today on sexual abuse. They helped me feel soothed. I have been reading about how sexual abusers harm women and how they make them feel guilty for them being raped and that they make the women feel like the are evil and different from other people so that they can control them and make them feel they are less and not see their deep beauty. I was writing today about sexual abuse and it soothed my heart.
