On a more serious note, some pro football players suffer serious mental health issues after they retire. It was like they got addicted to adrenalin of fast-pace and high pressure daily expectations. Then they cant stand the calm after the storm, the quiet after the noise, the relative sanity after the insanity (in my view) One guy suicided in Australia because he couldn't adjust.
I think CF caters for those of us with this problem. Don't you? And I'm thinking we are just the kind of people God is reaching out to now.Because to Him we are more than just relevant.
