I read Psalms 77 today. I read verse 1, " I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me." The Lord told my soul that He hears my voice and my prayers and that He hears the pain of torture victims and that He will end all torture. The Lord told my soul that He will heal all torture victims and take them into His beautiful Heaven where they will find perfect peace and healing and beauty. The Lord told my soul that He will end all evil and comfort the victims of evil.
