My sins have caused my back to bend over,
my stubbornness is my own worst enemy.
Although I am getting closer and closer.
I can see the light,
but I am thrown to the ground every time I reach for it.
Lord, please make me into a different tree.
Please rip these roots out.
I am my own worst enemy.
