I had no business reaching out to you. I am very depressed and no good to anyone.

You don’t have to try to help me. It is alright. I read the “no time for you” and I do not blame you. You spent enough time as it was.

I do not want you to foot the bill- as in pay in heartache for my troubles. You gave me enough time. I am grateful you tried to help. I know it seems as though I am not.

I do not think I was a lie, but cannot control your perceptions of what happened between us.
