I'd like to post an image here but it asks for an image URL. It'd be more fun if you'd just upload a picture. But now, I have to find out what URL my pictures have. Not much fun there.

I don't understand why it says in the "Posting Rules" on the menu on the left that "HTML code is Off." And yet on the menu above, there's a <> feature for source HTML where you can place HTML code. So, what's the deal here. Any help?
