ok. its 8.45am now.
i had a banana at 6.00am.
I last ate at 6.00pm last night.
Its not hurting at the moment. Easy in fact.
Can i make it a 24 hour fast?
Until 6.00am tomorrow?
too ambitious....
maybe 6 or 7pm tonight is more realistic.
night to night is easier perhaps....will have trouble sleeping if i go to bed hungry
