Today was a difficult day. I felt scared and hurt about the past. But I meditated on Jesus' goodness and I knew he would protect me. I feel that Jesus loves me a lot and that he wont let harm come to me. I feel that he is protecting me and always will. I know Jesus saw everything that happened to me, the kidnapping, the rape, the humiliation, the violence. I know he understands that it broke my soul but I know he will keep me in his arms and he will never leave me. I sometimes have fear when I go to sleep that I will be kidnapped again. I know that Jesus will protect me. I know he will not let harm come to me. I know he loves me a lot. I know that Jesus will protect me this year.
