I have been praying a lot recently for protection from evil. Sometimes I fear my torturer hurting me again. I have been praying that Jesus would keep me safe and have mercy on me. I have been thinking of my torturer and her abuse of me. Jesus has let me know that she would not hurt me anymore. Jesus has told me that he will comfort me every day of my life. Jesus said also I have a severe case of PTSD and that he will heal me through his kindness. I feel grateful to have Jesus. Every morning when I wake, I pray to Jesus and I pray throughout the day to receive His comfort. He especially helps me when I sleep. I worry about having nightmares but Jesus gives me peace in my rest and gives me soothing and beautiful dreams. I pray Jesus strengthen me every day.
