How wonderful to be in Christ
To know Jesus is true
God’s Lamb His Father sacrificed
That man may live anew
By grace alone and not by deeds
Through love of He who died
When rid of sin, satanic weeds
Salvation’s glorified
When Heaven’s Lamb is lifted high
Obedience wears a crown
Love causes selfishness to die
And devil’s thrones fall down
Enabling sinners to repent
Souls broken see the light
Revealing lives, have been misspent
They’ll join Salvation’s fight
When Jesus becomes one’s utmost
One’s Lord of lords, life’s King
Through love God gives The Holy Ghost
Life’s endless song to sing
Will The Father’s blessings tarry?
Life’s crown become not yours
Will Salvation’s cloud not carry?
Christ’s bride through Heaven’s doors
Forever and ever rising
To endless love and grace
Through Jesus not surprising
We’ll see our Father’s face
Singing glory, glory, glory
To Father, Ghost and Son
Forever will be love’s story
With hands entwined as one…..
