Today was a soothing day. I was with my family and Caleb today.
I went to CVS today and got some Estroven. I have a deficiency in lecithin. I take soy to help myself heal. I love taking the soy. Caleb went to get soy with me. It was lovely to get more and each day I take one.
I relaxed with Caleb today and I talked about my suffering with him. We talked about my PTSD and about my healing. It was soothing. We prayed for the ending of torture.
