Today was a beautiful day but I had some torments. I have been having torturous thoughts of people I love being tortured. I know the thoughts are from the Enemy and they deeply hurt my heart. I was comforted today on a walk with my mom. It was beautiful outside. I also took a nap to soothe myself. The Lord was with me today and He told me He is protecting all who I love and that He is the Prince of Peace and is my protector.
