Today I felt Jesus with me. He is my best friend now. I prayed to him this morning that he would reveal some of my wounds and show me how to heal them. Jesus revealed to me that one of my painful wounds is that I cared a lot about the people who ended up hurting me. Jesus helped me understand that I did not deserve what happened to me. Every morning I like to mediate on Jesus and just be with him. I feel broken from what was done to me but Jesus makes me see it was not my fault and that I am a ritual abuse victim. Jesus let me see that there are things I can use to heal myself. Jesus knows I have a passion for natural remedies and I went to Whole Foods today and got a new lavender essential oil for my bath, to calm me. I also brought some tea to soothe me. I felt Jesus with me, holding me.
