Starting off this morning with the words of my Savior in my ear! Hallelujah I can hear Him again! Speak to Your servant Lord, I am listening!
Job 19:25, "I know that my Redeemer lives!"
What is it that gives us Christians such a lively hope? What is it that makes the believer forget about the troubles of this life and it's cares and concerns? It is the resurrection of the dead that is what! If all we had to hope in were matters pertaining to this realm and this life we would of all peoples be most to be pitied. But Jesus, what a Blessed and GLORIOUS name! Jesus, has birthed in us a life that will NEVER fade nor diminish. He has granted us hope eternal through the Holy Spirit that lives within us and will one day call us out of the grave and off of the earth to meet our blessed Savior in the air to be with the Father forever in glory! Jesus said because I live, you will live too! That is God telling us, promising us that because He is alive forever more, so we too shall be when He comes back again! That is what enables the believer to look past the fleeting pleasures and passing pains of this existence, into an eternal glory that far outweighs anything we could ever experience here in this life! Oh glory to God He is alive and He reigns! Hallelujah! All glory to Him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by His own blood! He did not wait for us to be good enough to be partakers of His eternal glory, but while we were yet drowning in sin, Christ came and He gave Himself for us! Such wonderful, merciful love! Oh Jesus! Thank You Lord! Thank You Jesus! All that I am, all that I have, all that I ever will be, I give it all away so You can use me to bring glory to Your name! Think about that for a second church, you will inherit all the riches of glory, not because you earned it or even deserved it, but because God wants to give it to you! Is that not wonderful?! He wants you to have that and so many more things that far outweigh any monetary object, that He died for us so that we could be made partakers of that glory with Him! And because He lives, we will, WILL!!!! Live too!!! Hallelujah!!! Glory!!!!
I serve a risen Savior, He's in the world today
I KNOW that He is living whatever men may say
I see His hand of mercy I hear His voice so clear
And just the time I need Him He's always near!!!
HE LIVES! HE LIVES!
Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me and talks with me
Along lifes narrow way!
HE LIVES! HE LIVES!
Salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know He lives?
He lives, within my heart!
Because He lives,
I can face tomorrow
Because He lives
All fear is gone
Because I know
He holds the future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives!!!
Reveal Yourself to us oh Lord in a new and fresh way today! Live within us Jesus as never before! Amen!
