GOD in you is the hope of glory. We have a great and powerful hope and it's not just going to heaven someday. First and foremost it's GOD in you right now! And this truth is in operation right this very moment!
"This is eternal life," said Jesus in John. John said in his letter that we have been given eternal life. Eternal life is not something we hope for; it's powerfully operating now. It's living in heaven now as a precursor of things to come when we're in heaven itself some day. It's real living in heaven on earth right now! It's not just a tale or fancy. It's serious business, yet fun!
I once posted in my Face Book account something to this effect: "It's powerful waking up each morning right in God's Kingdom and smiling straight at the face of God!"
I got reactions from born again Christians. They said I was too young to die, or that I was still needed by my family and I should wait for the right time of God to die. These were "mature" Christians.
Huh? I laughed. These Christians didn't know the great truth in the bible. You don't need to die to live in God's very Kingdom. You can see God's face, sit on His lap, kiss and hug Him, hear His voice, and live in heaven right now--in the very Kingdom of God--daily while you're still alive. This IS eternal life!
That's just a peep into the awesome power and truth of GOD in you. Imagine the very GOD is in you, in your body. That's 100 percent. You cannot receive Jesus 50 or even 99.99 percent. Ephesians says it's "attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."
The fullness of Christ!
Thus, I always tell my disciples in Christ, they have absolutely no reason or excuse experiencing dead or negative moments, even in dire conditions or serious problems. GOD in you is powerful! We should appreciate the awesome truth the moment the Word is made flesh in you. That is more powerful than 10,000 nuclear bombs!
God in you--that's why it's a glorious church, without spot or wrinkle.
