For God so Loved the WORLD

I have been a Christian for as long as I can remember. Recently I have asked myself, what exactly does this mean? Does this make me a lifetime member of the exclusive "Club Salvation" or is there more to this? I am saved because I do believe that God sent His only Son but there is no club; it is open to all who desire and since man cannot judge the heart therefore we cannot institute a club for which we have no power to verify membership. The gospel says... for God so loved the world (that means everyone). My Christianity means I am supposed to be the salt of the earth, the light, and I am to love everyone and pray that all are saved. “This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Timothy 3:4)

In His eyes, every country is the greatest country. Every person is His favorite person. At the cross we all became His number ones. All have been loved into the greatest kingdom. I wish I could say Christian’s are getting this salvation thing right but we are not—the only man to ever get it all right was Jesus. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.… John 3:16-17
