First things first

Last week was a week of firsts we had a new child come to preschool, we finally got rid of charter (finally), and we started our first home church! Ok but one thing at a time. Kylee age 3 started with Becky in preschool her first day here went VERY well and when dad came to get her she didn’t want to leave a common theme in this house. She came again today. I believe Becky worked on them with their names (spelling) and painting stars (our theme this week is the universe) and yes when dad showed to get her she was very engrossed with Lexi and Mr, Potato head.
Charter shut off our service for non payment which was a lie because we had set up a payment plan to get the bill down, and the powers that be said it wasn’t good enough (hummmmm, $600,00 in a month not good enough, makes no sense to me, No wonder their going under). When I called today to have them come get their equipment they told me I HAD to drop it at the nearest Charter office – 45 minutes away from us. First they tell us because we are running a business out of our home we HAVE to have a business account, never mind the fact that we only make about $2 to 2.50 a child and with 7 in the house at all different times we’re not even close to paying the bill they were charging us. [Blessing in disguise as far as I am concerned]. So we are on a wifi from sprint, seems to be working ok and none of us are really on line as much anymore nor do we miss it. We will be paying dish this week to get TV service back with them.
The Bible study/home church is being held on Saturday for the convenience of one of the guys who works on Sunday and can’t get to church. And Sunday’s are easier for us, since our van is down and we can’t get there. So it’s a win/win I get to teach Bible and Becky gets to go to church on Sunday’s once the van is fixed. I was really nervous about it, but it went well it was a little slow getting started but people began to participate. Everyone seemed to have enjoyed themselves and learned too. This Saturday I’m teaching on Truth’s about the church – Act’s 9:10-17.
