"THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit." (Romans 8:1 AMPC)
Jesus did not come into the world to condemn anyone but to justify as many that believe in Him (John 3:17-19). Everyone that chose not to believe in Jesus is under condemnation. He thereby rejected the Light of God that came into the world, such fellow will abide in darkness.
Everyone that believes in Jesus has escaped condemnation, his heart is free from every guilt of sin. The blood of Jesus cleanses his heart and makes him whole. He has received the power to walk contrary to the dictates of the flesh, the Holy Spirit can now communicate freely with his spirit. The Holy Spirit dictates instructions and principles of the kingdom to him and help him to practice them. He also lovingly submit to the directives of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit can be trusted to guide a man in the path everlasting. He directs him in a way that helps him please God and bring glory to His holy name.
ACTION PLAN: After accepting Jesus as your Lord and saviour, stop walking after the dictates of your natural impulses.
PRAYER: Father, help me to understand the leading of your Spirit and also surrender to Him.
