I went to counseling today with Caleb. It soothed me. We spoke about how me and Caleb have been doing. My counselor is very kind. She talked with us about how I have been healing from my kidnapping and torture and how I have been healing physically from my health issues. I told my counselor about my body healing and how I recently went to the doctors and how I am healing from choline deficiency and homeopathy damage. I talked to my counselor about how I want to start working soon and how I am working on my books.
