The true church was the one founded at Caesarea, built upon truth only from God. Truth that had always been available to all of mankind, yet mankind has preferred their own twisted truths that served their own purposes rather than God's. They always somehow end up making everything about themselves and that too is universal. Jesus did not start a new religion but revived an old truth that even His religion of the day had twisted to serve themselves. Jesus' church stood out against all others because it did not serve the will of man nor did it comply in any form. Too bad that was short lived.
