Christmas 2009

This Christmas was busy, but lots of fun. Christmas eve, I spent the day at my mom and dads finishing up Christmas cooking and then had dinner there. Then we went home and relaxed, and finished wraping what presents were left to be wraped, and placed them under the tree. Then Rozzlin and I fell asleep in front of the tree, but not before opening a christmas present.
Then around six a.m, my sweet little Rozzie woke us up because she had seen that santa had come while she was sleeping. So I sent her in to wake Tonie up and we began to open presents. Then at ten we all got in the car and headed to my sisters house for breakfast. It is our Christmas tradition, shortly after my step dad and brother showed up and an hour after that my mom. This was the first christmas ever with my mom, and the first I remember with my brother and step dad. We talked and the kids unwraped presents from them, then we headed up to my grandparents house. The children each got something and each couple got something, we had a good time there as well, they even made a small dinner and people just ate as they got there.
When we got home, my husband and I played a new wii game that he had gotten for christmas, and Rozzie played with her new kitchen. She even played a little with us before her bedtime came.
I had such a wonderful time this Christmas that I didn't want to return to work, I just wanted to stay home and play with my family, I can't wait for this weekend, it is almsot here. I pray that God continues to work in my family, and things continue to go well. I am still awating the day my husband comes to know Jesus, but that too is in his timming. I am now looking forward to another year filled with blessings from our Lord Jesus Christ!
