Hello! I didn't know there was a place for blogs here! That's pretty darn neat!
Anyway, I am Lara. i was born and raised Roman Catholic, however I'm at a stage in my life where I'm exploring other denominations. I think I am more of a Protestant than a Catholic...but that, I guess, remains to be seen. I am actually kind of new to the whole being a Christian thing, in a sense, because up until now I haven't really thought it was that important. I know - that's kind of a dumb thing to think, but when you're fresh out of high school and think the world is yours for the taking...you tend to think that you're in charge. Well...I found out the hard way that's totally wrong. It took a really bad year long relationship with a near atheist to bring me back to my senses. I am now dating a wonderful, generous, caring, honest, Christian guy - and he's the one that kind of brought me back to reality and to God.
So, that being said - other things about myself: I like to read a lot. Music has been my passion since I was little - and I will sing to anything and everything. I also play trumpet and I would like to learn bari sax someday. I collect dolls, mainly Asian Ball Jointed dolls, and like to think of myself of a beginner photographer.
Anyway, it's nice to meet you all and I can't wait to explore and learn and meet new people here!
