This world’s so plagued with trap and snare
With Satan’s tempting jewels
With those who seek the devil’s fair
Who walk and live like fools
Its Satan’s ploy to drag us down
To lie to cheat to kill
To steal from us life’s precious crown
Opposing Heaven’s will
While Satan haunt the walking dead
Amongst the world’s debris
Christ calls us from hell’s lustful bed
To cause one’s eyes to see
Who’ve heard The Truth the facts are plain
The bible lays it bare
Our former life was lived in vain
And Satan doesn’t care
But now through Christ, there’s hope to live

With peace with joy The Lord will give
