Mankind is like a work in self determining progress. A species that decides for itself whether to be fruitful or a thorn in the side of all. That self determination is key to continuing existence in a plan beyond our scope of understanding, but entirely logical in this present state of being. By choice it has decided to operate outside the norm. The seeds are sown and only the best product will be chosen to continue the journey to who knows what. What matters is the now, or we not even need ponder the future. It's no different than any other system of produce in this plane of existence. We are just put to higher standards because we do not follow a pre-determined plan of action like the rest.
Think of a new strain of wheat that ignores its coding and grows according to its own will. It not only produces a future seed but also while growing, influences the growth of other seeds in the process. The end result could be a new hardy and useful strain or some abomination more likely to have grown in the fields around Chernobyl. If you were the grower would you chose the grain that was useful to other grains and to the grower, or the ones that were a potential blight upon both? Unfortunately IMO the world we can perceive is more filled with human blight so contamination comes easy in the growing fields. The Kingdom itself will be of a pedigree strain (not to be confused with proud or haughty). Don't let religion confuse you on the subject either as blight is everywhere. A blight's power comes in trying to control the narrative of the field. Strive to remain potentially pedigree rather than a blight to others and the Producer.
