again so why did we lift sanctions?
So they would agree not to develop nuclear weapons - which they had the capability for.
and gave them billions?
The billions were their own as you've been told over and over.
If we had a republican in office, sanctions would still be intact.
Sanctions would be intact and they would be testing nuclear arms like North Korea. Would this be a good thing?

...and Iran would have nuclear weapons inside of about two years.

Yes, I can see why the Republicans would want that...

So they would agree not to develop nuclear weapons -
in the habit of taking radicalists word for it, especially after military confict, which seems to produce bitterness for some reason on the losers side of things (in that retaliation is emminent).

best to let the smoke clear for a few decades, after beating up a cell of islamic extremists.
then giving them billions of dollars in past revenue.

but to give them billions of dollars after you just smacked their kid, is not wise.

very well buy a gun with that money and shoot you in yur noggin.

What are you babbling about? We were never at war with Iran.

Have you confused Iran with Iraq?

but to give them billions of dollars after you just smacked their kid, is not wise.

It was their money. we gave it back to them as part of a peace agreement.

Surely you're familiar with the concept of peace -- it's the state of not having a Republican in charge...

I was talking about the housing crisis, which happened by only a coincidence, during the obama administration.

????

The failures of Lehman Bros, WaMu, and IndieMac; the takeovers of Bear Stearns, Merril Lynch, Wachovia, and Countrywide; the bailouts of AIG, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac all happened in 2008 before Obama was even elected. President Bush was the one who signed the TARP bill.

Aren't you a stock trader? This was the most significant period of time in your profession in your lifetime. How do you get something so basic as this wrong?

First, there has never been military conflict between the US and Iran unless you count the failed rescue attempt of the hostages in 1980. Second, we aren't taking their word for it. There is an intense regiment of inspections that was agreed to by Iran to make sure they aren't violating the agreement.

a place that hosts a religion of violence, and a place that refuses to edit terrorism out of their holy pages, should really listen to your opinion on what they should do? The will take the 3 billion and buy uranium refinement stuff on the black market.
Uh, we don't edit terrorism off our holy pages either. People just tend to ignore more violent parts.

The housing crisis came to a head in 2007, before Obama was elected.
point is obama raised more that 20 trillion in debt, and bush was what...like 5 trillion even with all the wars he started?

thats the hard reality, democrats are expensive....too many inputs and special interests that we can't afford another 8 years.

we know how good those inspections really are....

imagine being at work and playing on your cell phone while the boss comes in the office, oh.....sorry boss just checking the time.

but you had been doing it for 45 minutes prior.

they say....no problem....hey how was the football game last night....

and you say....it's was good....so and so won..

and he says, bummer, and goes to the next office.

passed inspection, missed everything he was supposed to see, even when it was right under their nose.

and or, he saw it and didn't care.

you pick.

inspections are easy to dodge.

as it is in the bible...only committed by god himself.

when you create them, you can remove them.

from dust to dust the bible says, from dust we came, and to dust we can be force to go....all from the ceo of the manufacterer that assembled us in the womb.

when it's true.

and the Bible has archaology to prove so.

the Koran, has not archaology to back it up.

muhammed did exist but he went from city to city forcing people to be muslim.

or die.

Jews never did that, they never said...follow us or die,

they were simply commanded to shoot on site.

I hope you see the difference.

At some point the christian God does no longer give second chances.

there was a phase about ten years ago about death bead visions.

every one said, they saw the light when on the death bed, and the figure of someone approaching them with bright light behind them...

however listening to a young evangelist who interviews college age kids on a regular basis, said that when he talks to kids and hears about these visions of life after death, by and far the majority are not the bright light he hears about in the news, its darkness, screeming, pain and intense heat.

now,

again...is this conversation one that you wish to pursue?

Obama had to deal with the housing crisis and the GLOBAL financial crisis. Bush did some shady accounting to fund his wars, to defer the debt.

One of the major things Bush did to increase the debt was to outsource support for troops (such as laundry, meals, security) that had been previously been supplied far more inexpensively in-house. The theory was that such support would be needed only sporadically as the nature of warfare had changed (see the Clinton years) to limited strikes with clearly defined goals...but then he went and practiced years long troop commitment fighting on foreign soil in two different wars and the expenses skyrocketed. Who profited? "War on Terrorism" is not a clearly defined goal, it is a mere slogan.

thats the hard reality, democrats are expensive....too many inputs and special interests that we can't afford another 8 years.
Do you have any idea how the federal government works? Who authorizes/mandates spending? Who controls the purse-strings?

You know, it was the idiot Teapartiers who helped increased the debt by threatening to default on our bond payments which affected our bond ratings which caused us to pay more in interest for no good reason.

The wars were still going on when Obama took office -- Bush didn't budget for them so that the bill, as it were, wouldn't come due until after he was long gone.
