God was powerful enough to seek out the first borns of Egyptians and cattles but couldn't tell which house belonged to an Israelite without lamb's blood? What about non-Israelite slaves? Did their first borns die too?

The blood wasn't for God to see the faithful, it was so the faithful and the unfaithful alike to see the the focused power/wrath and discernment of God.
What about non-Israelite slaves? Did their first Born die too?
Wouldn't the people have seen the power of God the next day, without the lamb's blood? The Israelites were distinctive. There would have been death in every family except for the infertile or no male non-Israelite families.
Suck to be a slave, especially if you were not an Israelite.

The Passover is a picture of the crucifixion of Jesus. As John proclaimed when he saw Jesus, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world."
Those who accepted the blood of the slain lamb as their salvation from the coming judgment, had their firstborn spared.
Likewise, the Lamb of God was killed also at the Passover during the very hours the Passover lambs themselves were being slain and this on our behalf. Those who accept the blood of this slain Lamb as their salvation from the pending judgment of God will also be spared.
