go to www.glitterkiss.com and make one. There are other sites, but this is my favorite.

Choose 'grab it' if you're happy with it. A code will come up under it once you've made it. copy/paste that into the signature section of your personal sections. (left hand side column once you go into private messages) It will cost you some blessings, but it should show up then.
