There are whole districts of kids “in the system” that are failing and the cities in which this happens are failing. Poverty, crime, etc. contribute to social breakdown but we have to, first & foremost, make presumptions about homeschooling on a broad scale to find out what is wrong because we know something is fishy.

Look at what failed public institutions in places like Baltimore then let’s see what problems exist in home schooling. Is it any coincidence that alongside this massive public education failure that home schooling is at record levels in Maryland? I guess in light of these circumstances, the intent of the title of this thread must not view an increase in home schooling like this as acceptable.
