As setting aside the workweek:
Rich in choices, but w/o concerted impact
additional freedom, but less of service.
More of the clock, but limited days.
Concentration on Christ
Church & Fellowship.
And at last, time to catch a breath and say I love you.

Ah! Weekends are so blessed! Week day duties over. Freedom from work activities,unless you are a Minister! I'm retired from full-time work but duties to home and family,Church and community continue. Christ is our rest. We follow the principles of His Word and keep one day in seven to refocus. How we honour God by living balanced lives focused on Him day by day.

What do you enjoy about weekend?
Looking at a calendar I see the 7th day(Saturday) as the end of the week. Therefore I look forward to worshiping the Lord of the Sabbath.
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Exodus 20
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day:wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Jesus is our example he rested in the tomb on the Sabbath. Crucified on Friday and Resurrected on Sunday. No doubt about which day is the Sabbath by your own words.
I assume as a christian that you keep 9 of the 10 commandments. Why not all ten if Hebrews 13:8 is true?
Please show me scripture where the Lord Jesus Christ Blessed and made Holy (hallowed) Sunday as he did Sabbath.
I can show you where the Roman Catholic Church did.
