BBQ pulled chicken.
I used the hand mixer to pull the chicken and it worked so well!
Also thinking of having it for breakfast again.
Am I the only one who likes unconventional breakfasts sometimes?

I ate spiced chicken tenders, with peanut butter and maple syrup oatmeal for breakfast for about a year.

Why? Don't know. It just felt right.

A few squares of dark chocolate. It arrived in the mail yesterday. This time I went for 78% rather than 95%, because the way it's processed supposedly retains more of the antioxidants.

Yum that sounds tasty!

Oh yummy, that sounds so good, haha. Even before I saw this post I was thinking of having leftover KFC chicken for breakfast haha

Mackerel (tinned in tomato sauce - the joy of coronalockdown ) with toast positively awash in melting butter and a nice piece of mature cheddar.

Hmmm this actually does sound good.

Okay at first I did not see "oatmeal" at first, I only saw peanut butter and maple syrup with the chicken and thought hmm that's interesting. But I don't know if I can handle the oatmeal part, lol

I completely understand this.
Spiced chicken tenders? That does seriously sound like something I would eat for breakfast LOL
Plus, I understand the routine eating. Sometimes I find something I like and if I had my way, I would eat it for weeks on end.
That is the true beauty of living on your own.
Veggie burgers and salad for lunch for 2 months? Don't mind if I do... and did.

I feel this post in my soul. Now I'm not sure if I have ever had KFC for breakfast, but it's officially a goal LOL!

That's right....it's a thread about FOOD.

Either take pictures and post it or just tell me.

Let's make everyone drool.

I had a protein shake this morning. Honestly, I don't have much of an appetite today, for some reason.

Tonight, I'm making baked tacos, though! :) All clean ingredients and literally the TASTIEST thing ever

I won't be sharing ;)

What about you?!

Honestly, @RayofSun and I probably have the same eating habits when it comes to having chicken for breakfast, haha.

Real question is, have you had LEFTOVER pizza for breakfast?

Holy goodness.

Excuse me while I lick the drool off of my computer screen.....

Not cool.

Not cool at all.

I will personally track you down and take this right out of your hands.

green grapes
My favorite.

Have you ever put them in the freezer and then have them on a hot day?

I had some today. I put them in a bun with a beefburger patty.

#mixedmessages

When I'm next in NY you can bring some in a Tupperware and we'll ask a street vendor to cook em' up. We shall put your burgers to test.

Would you like that CF? A cooking with Reese and SYL livestream?
Pfft, please. We should START our street vendor, okay?

Only problem is, what should we call our vendor?

Calamari. No cooking tonight.

Um, literally the best food ever. Besides sushi, of course.

Did you get it somewhere?

Baby carrots.
With ranch. Because that's the only way you should be eating baby carrots ;)

Will Nev and Max be there?

I will eat anything for breakfast. And I mean, ANYTHING.

And that has always been my secret. I made baked tacos and I shredded 6 pounds of chicken with a hand mixer. I hate, hate, HATE having to shred chicken by forks.

@shineyourlight I AM from 'murica after all. :p Of course I've eaten leftover pizza. Even leftover COLD pizza. Not in awhile though, but I have had it. :p
Leftover pizza should never be reheated. It should ALWAYS remain cold. This is why you and I are friends.

Anyone who disagrees, I'll need to see your argument with footnotes and research to prove your point as to why leftover pizza should be reheated.

You make a good argument, lol Cause I hate leftover warm pizza, it does something weird to the cheese. :sorry:

In the neighborhood. I’m having deep dish pepperoni pizza for lunch. It comes with a hearty salad and homemade garlic dressing.

The weather is warming. I’m in the mood for mussels and may make a pot this weekend.

What's in it? :sorry:
There are a lot of unique flavors that work very well together. It has egg noodles, shrimp, pork, wonton, quail eggs, and a few other ingredients. They also give you bean sprouts and sliced jalapenos on the side, if you want to modify it.

I will personally track you down and take this right out of your hands.
I already ate it haha, and it was delectable. :yum:

In general I love exploring the various cuisines of different countries and cultures. Vietnamese food is a definite favorite of mine.

This thread has reminded me that I haven't eaten all day and it's now 5.30pm.

Um, yes. Seafood is delicious. I feel like I always crave seafood during warm weather.

I'm the same. I tend to cook a wide variety of cuisines as well.

What's been your favorite Vietnamese? When I was over in Xi'an, I fell in love with authentic Chinese food.

Very cool.

Well I've been to at least two different Vietnamese restaurants, one specializes in soup (Pho) and the other in general dishes. I enjoy some of the noodle-based entrees, but the soup and spring rolls especially I can't get enough of.

I can't even imagine what authentic Chinese is like. There are countless Chinese restaurants here, but I'm sure they don't even compare to the real thing. What other types of cuisines do you enjoy?
