The knowledge of good and evil

[Genesis 2:9]; And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

When the Bible speaks of knowledge of good and evil, it is not the knowledge of good things like giving, praying, loving or that of bad things such as killing, stealing etc. Understand that it was not the tree of the knowledge of good and 'sin'. It was of good and evil. There is a difference.

Good in the mind of God is the testimony of limitlessness in the spirit of a God that approves as excellent that which he creates. This is why every after he creates, the stamp of finality is 'it was good.'

Evil on the other hand is what can limit a God in his capacity as a God. This is what Jehovah defines as evil. What then was the true fall of man?

Man lost a place and not value. The place he lost was the limitlessness that was granted by the liberties of the presence of God. The greatest liberty, child of God was to eat freely from the tree of life.

What does this mean to the child of God? It means that the greatest liberty we have is to partake of Christ and any teaching outside Christ our liberty is to all intents and purposes evil in the mind of God.
