Hi Everyone,
Pop-culture would undoubtedly disagree with this post's title. Someone once said, “marriage is a veritable petri-dish for character development”, and I can’t begin to enumerate the benefits of having spent 35 years with my best friend and wife. This past year has solidified that in my mind as she went through a bout with cancer (she’s still with me—praise God!). I wanted to share with you the song I wrote as I was processing the emotions and realities of this life-changing event. I sincerely hope that you all get some encouragement from this song, and also to encourage people in your sphere that marriage is still a wonderful and worthwhile institution, on so many levels. I hope you’ll all be blessed by what it has to say. Let me know if it does. Thank you!
