That is a great clip of Blade playing. You can see it on his face... he has something inside that is emerging through his craft and through the art that we all love. Not that the something has to be God, but God allows that something to enter inside the human body.

I have several reasons to believe Brian Blade is a Christian. Ever see the name of his own group?

I have been listening to a lot of Blade during the past few days. I think I like his soul/rock stuff more than his jazz. In jazz he can be almost too syncopated, almost too artistic.

He played in a band called Black Dub that is really good soul music. Check out their tune "I'd rather go blind".
