She voted for Trump. Put her in a prison cell, burn and throw away the key. But beside that. It's not like she voted for him 20 times. I'm guessing it will be lowered. I'm not sure how she could be forgiven for voting for Trump.Texas woman gets 5 years in prison for voting illegally
Another wonderful example of the color of justice.
The former chairman of the Colorado Republican Party was sentenced to four years of probation and 300 hours of community service for voter fraud. Steve Curtis blamed a "major diabetic episode" for causing him to vote his ex-wife's absentee ballot in October 2016.
Curtis, 57, told District Judge Julie Hoskins Friday it was "a customary thing" for him to fill out his wife's ballot and he didn't know it was illegal, but he said he didn't remember doing it.
An Iowa woman charged with attempting to vote twice for Donald Trump last fall has been sentenced to two years of probation and a $750 fine.
District court Judge Robert Hanson said in a sentencing order posted Tuesday that the felony election misconduct conviction will be expunged from Terri Lynn Rote's record once she completes probation and pays the fine.

Good, we were worried we might be talking to a bot. Seriously 5 years 3 months would be enough.I agree.
Black men who commit the same crimes as white men receive federal prison sentences that are, on average, nearly 20 percent longer, according to a new report on sentencing disparities from the United States Sentencing Commission (USSC).
These disparities were observed "after controlling for a wide variety of sentencing factors," including age, education, citizenship, weapon possession and prior criminal history.
If you've been here long enough you know 100% of his topics are about "<insert bad thing happening> to black <man or woman>!" Apparently no other race has these issues.
Interesting how quickly the subject of the OP has been abandoned. To get it back on track does anyone seriously disagree that 5 years was a massively disproportionate sentence?
