Teno's Questions: Which Came First?

The following two questions are basically the same. Assume everything must have formed at once, the only one thing can have the function, and ignore the possiblity of more than one function. Hense I think it is reasonable to deal with these two of Teno's questions in a single post:

Which evolved first, plants, or the insects that pollinate them?

This one is outright silly for it assumes that the only way plants can get pollinated is via insects.

Which came first, the DNA message, the RNA carrier, or the protein, when producing each of them requires the others to already be there?

That RNA can act as an enzyme and can act as the message immediately suggests a solution to this.
