There seem to be so many great Christian minds of the past such as Deitrich Bonhoeffer, C.S. Lewis, and others from past generations that accepted evolution.
Now as a TE and evangelical (though I go by protestant now since my theological views differ), I find that so many great evangelical apologists impair their witness by standing by either Creationism or I.D. and arguing the point along with their witness.
Answeringinfidels.com is an excellent case in point. A great ministry, unfortunately forces itself to push ID. Also Lee Strobel.
Lately I've been looking at the Catholic and Anglican scholars who seem to have a more well rounded views concerning this issue and others. I do however, understand that one can also separate the orign views of some scholars and still gain a lot from their other work.
So, my question is: are there any great Christian scholars with TE views? Websites? Books?
