St. Vladimir of Kiev

So I just learned something cool about my family. I've been wanting to delve into my ancestry for a long time but have never had the means to do so. My older sister is working for the state department at our embassy in the UK, when she got stationed there in August she got to work researching our heritage so she could write a book for my nephew. We were chatting today about her birthday plans next month to go to Moscow and she told me we had Russian ancestry... My response was "Wait... what?!" I've always known that I was Anglo-Germanic on my dads side and Scotch-Irish on my moms, but apparently I'm Russian on my dads side as well. Kind of exciting news if you ask me, but who knows that might be about as common as saying "I'm connected to Kevin Bacon", what do I know right?

So she shot me a message with the "family tree" information from Ancestry.com, which we're not 100% sure of it's accuracy, but it lists out how we're descended from St. Vladimir of Kiev AKA Vladimir the Great. I thought that was really awesome, and I knew no one else except my friends here in TAW would appreciate that.

Does anybody know perhaps of any Orthodox literature on St. Vladimir? I'd be interested in getting to know a bit more about him...

Here's the list of descendants that she sent me, with my dad being at the bottom, she said Vladimir the Great is essentially my 30th Great Grandfather.
